My approach is deeply informed by my Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and nearly two decades spent building HR infrastructure in high-growth, fast-paced environments. This behavioral insight allows me to see around corners, predict where people issues will arise, and help you resolve them before they disrupt your operations.
Before founding KBHR, I used this mix of human insight and practical HR structure during my decade as the Executive Director of Talent Management at the Office of Experience. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, I helped scale the agency from 17 to 85 employees, managing every stage of that 400% growth.
Prior to The Office of Experience, I led talent strategy for VML’s Chicago office during a pivotal period of transformation, managing a 75% headcount growth and contributing to the agency's rise to the AdAge A-List. My career also includes strategic roles at global enterprises and mid-market firms like Leo Burnett Worldwide, Rise Interactive, and Slack and Company.
